Electricity supply:

  • The power source is continuously and stably supplied from the 110KV high voltage power line near the southern boundary of Dong Van Industrial Park.
  • High voltage power network is provided along internal roads in the Industrial Park. Enterprises invest and build low voltage stations depending on consumption capacity.

Drainage:

  • Rainwater and wastewater drainage systems (industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater) are built separately. Rainwater is collected through the sewer system and drained into rivers in the area. Wastewater is collected to the Industrial Park’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Wastewater and waste treatment:

  • All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater are treated by the Enterprise to meet minimum standards of water level B (TCVN-4945-2005) before being discharged into the general wastewater system of the Industrial Park. After that, the Industrial Park will continue to process to meet standards according to regulations of the Vietnamese Government, with processing capacity reaching: 2,000 m3/day.
  • Solid waste from factories in the industrial park will be classified, collected and transported to the industrial park’s centralized yard.

Telecommunications and internet:

  • The telecommunications system meets international standards and is always ready to meet communication needs of 9-11 lines/ha. The underground fiber optic cable system is connected directly to the base of each enterprise’s fence.

Water source:

  • The water supply plant in the industrial park was built with a capacity of 19,000 m3/day.
  • The water supply system is connected to the base of each enterprise’s fence.

Internal traffic:

  • The internal road system is reasonably designed to serve the easy and convenient travel of vehicles to each plot of land.
  • Central area road system is 24m wide, branch roads are 17.5m wide.

V. Investment incentives

Corporate income tax: businesses pay tax at a rate of 20%, and enjoy tax exemption for the first 2 years, tax reduction of 50% for the next 4 years. The applicable corporate income tax incentives are calculated continuously from the first year the enterprise has taxable income from the investment project; In case an enterprise has no taxable income in the first 3 years from the date of revenue from the investment project, the tax exemption or tax reduction period is calculated from the fourth year.

Import tax on machinery and equipment (only applicable to investment incentive industries as prescribed in Decree 134/2016/ND-CP supplemented by Decree 18/2021/ND-CP): Import tax exemption goods to create fixed assets, Import tax exemption for raw materials and supplies imported to produce exported goods, Import tax exemption for production materials for 05 years from the start of production, If the Enterprise invests in a project that belongs to the list of projects with special investment incentives.
