The Minh Duc – Thuong Lan – Ngoc Thien Industrial Park was approved under the 1/2000 zoning master plan pursuant to Decision No. 407/QD-UBND dated April 22, 2025 issued by the former Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee. Subsequently, Phase 1 of the project was approved for investment policy under Decision No. 317 dated October 9, 2025 issued by the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee. With a total investment capital of VND 2,620 billion, Phase 1 of the project covers an area of 163.61 hectares. Construction is expected to commence in March 2026, with completion and official operation scheduled for March 2028. The project is expected to employ approximately 20,000 workers.
