III. Infrastructure of Dinh Tram Industrial Park

Infrastructure & utilities: Dinh Tram Industrial Park is invested with state budget capital, has spacious and comprehensive infrastructure

Landscape: More than 12% of the total area of the industrial park is planted with trees along roads and other areas

Internal traffic system: reasonably designed to ensure smooth traffic throughout the industrial park. The system is designed as follows:

  • Main roads in the industrial park are 32 m wide

All internal roads are designed and constructed in strict compliance with national regulations, and are completed with asphalt concrete. The internal roads are also equipped with a complete and aesthetic high-voltage lighting system

Power supply system: Power supplied to the industrial park is taken from the 110/22/50MVA transformer station. High voltage power network is provided along internal traffic in the industrial park.

Water supply system: Clean water is provided with a capacity of 30,000 m3 per day. Water is supplied to the factory fence using an international standard water supply pipe system.

Water and waste treatment system: Wastewater is collected at the industrial park’s wastewater plant for treatment to meet water standards B (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged into the industrial park’s general system. The wastewater plant was built with a treatment capacity of 2,900m3/day – night

Waste is collected and transported out of the industrial park by factories in the industrial park to avoid causing environmental pollution.

Exhaust gases from factories are installed with filtration systems according to national standards before being discharged into the natural environment

Communication system: the industrial park has an underground communication cable system installed and is supplied to the factory fence by an international standard cable system.

Through the connection system between the industrial park’s communication center through post and telecommunications, all communication needs are guaranteed and are capable of providing all necessary services such as: Switchboard private, international calling, teleconferencing, leased lines, high-speed internet, email, etc.

Fire prevention and fighting system: the industrial park is equipped with a warning, prevention and fire fighting system that strictly complies with national regulations.

Fire hydrants are installed at internal traffic hubs and at every factory to ensure effective protection of the entire area from fire and explosion incidents.

IV. Expense

  • Industrial park management fee: 0.30 USD/m2/year. This fee is paid annually in the first month of the year
  • Clean water usage fee: 0.30 USD/m3. The amount of clean water used is calculated according to the reading on the water meter
  • Wastewater & solid waste treatment fee: According to regulations of the Provincial People’s Committee and Industrial Park Management Board
  • Electricity usage fee: according to general regulations of the Government of Viee tnam
