Hoa Yen Industrial Park was approved for investment policy under Decision No. 1462/QD-TTg dated November 25, 2024, issued by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. Previously, the project’s zoning master plan was approved under Decision No. 1188/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2023 by the Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee. With a total investment capital of VND 3,745.131 billion (including VND 561.778 billion of investor equity), Hoa Yen Industrial Park covers a total area of 256.68 hectares, of which 156.82 hectares are industrial land, accounting for 61.1% of the total project area.

Project development schedule:

  • Preparation, appraisal and approval of the 1/500 detailed construction master plan: before May 30, 2025
  • Land acquisition and clearance for Phase 1 (50 ha): before November 30, 2025
  • Land-use conversion, land lease, land lease contracts and issuance of land-use right certificates (flexibly aligned with clearance progress): before December 31, 2025
  • Construction of industrial park technical infrastructure: before July 30, 2026
  • Investment promotion and attraction of secondary investors: before January 5, 2026

  • Wastewater treatment: Centralized wastewater treatment plant located in the northwestern area of the park (lot HT1), treatment capacity: 15,000 m³/day, treated wastewater meets Column A, Table 1 of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. Partially reused for irrigation and road cleaning; remaining discharged into surface water systems within the southern green corridor
