Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park was established according to Decision 6332/QD-UB dated December 16, 2004 of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee on approving the project of investment in construction and business of industrial park technical infrastructure and Decision No. 2100/QD-UBND dated May 8, 2009 of the City People’s Committee. Ho Chi Minh on approving the adjustment of Tet construction planning, scale 1/2000, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi district, City. Ho Chi Minh.

Accordingly, with a total investment capital of more than 2,714 billion VND, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park has an area of 542.6423 hectares, of which the industrial land area is 359.16 hectares.
