Song Hau 2 Industrial Park was approved under the subdivision construction planning scheme in Decision No. 197/QĐ-UBND dated July 20, 2023 issued by the People’s Committee of Hau Giang Province. The project was subsequently granted investment policy approval together with investor approval under Decision No. 972/QĐ-UBND dated June 3, 2025 issued by the People’s Committee of Hau Giang Province.

With a total investment capital of VND 5,569 billion, Song Hau 2 Industrial Park covers a total area of 380 hectares, of which 263.95 hectares are designated for factories and enterprises. The project is implemented in three development phases: Phase 1: 146.54 hectares, Phase 2: 84.01 hectares, Phase 3: 149.45 hectares As of the end of 2025, the project is in the land clearance and compensation stage. Industrial land leasing is expected to begin in June 2026, and the entire project is scheduled to be fully completed by August 2029.

• Internal transportation system: The main road has a cross-section width of 30 meters, including 18 meters of roadway. Secondary roads within the industrial park have a width of 22.5 – 26 meters, with roadways ranging from 10.5 – 18 meters
• Power supply system: Electricity for industrial production is supplied through a 110/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 2 × 63 MVA. The 22kV power distribution network is connected directly to each industrial land plot within the park.
• Clean water supply system: The industrial park has a water supply capacity of approximately 12,000 m³ per day, with raw water sourced from the Cai Dau River.
• Wastewater treatment system: All industrial wastewater is treated at the centralized wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park. Input wastewater standard: column B, treatment capacity: 7,000 m³/day. Output wastewater standard: column A, meeting Vietnam environmental regulations before discharge.
