On December 10, 2021, the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province issued Decision No. 2887/QD-UBND on supplementing the Kim Dong – Dang Le – Chinh Nghia Industrial Clusters in Kim Dong and An Thi districts into the Planning for the development of industrial clusters in Hung Yen province, which has been approved and adjusted, supplemented in Decision No. 3143/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2018.
The complex of three industrial clusters Kim Dong – Dang Le – Chinh Nghia is the first phase of the plan “The complex of Kim Dong – An Thi industrial and urban area”, which has a total area of 825ha. This plan involves developing five industrial clusters, one 500ha – industrial park and one 50ha-urban area.
Kim Dong – Dang Le – Chinh Nghia Industrial Clusters
I. Overview of Kim Dong – Dang Le – Chinh Nghia clusters
Kim Dong – Dang Le – Chinh Nghia clusters have a total area of 225 ha, which is divided into 3 subzones: Kim Dong, Dang Le and Chinh Nghia industrial cluster. Each sub area is about 75ha with a total investment capital of up to 900 billion dong. Of 225ha, 170 ha belongs to Kim Dong District and 55 ha belongs to An Thi.

- Electricity price: 0.1 USD/unit during peak hours; 0.05 USD/unit during normal one and 0.03 USD/unit during off-peak hours.
