As the largest industrial park in Ho Chi Minh City, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park was officially established in June 2007, with a total area of 1,686 hectares. Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park project is divided into 3 construction phases, of which phase 1 (implemented in 1996) and phase 2 (implemented in 2008) have been completed.

The centralized wastewater treatment system receives and treats output wastewater from all factories from production facilities operating in Hiep Phuoc industrial park to meet prescribed standards.
The system includes 04 modules, capable of receiving and treating wastewater up to 12,000 m3/day and night.
The quality of treated wastewater is stable and meets column B, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. National technical regulations on industrial wastewater.

The low-pressure gas supply system from PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (referred to as PVGAS D) has been put into operation since 2015.
The entire pipeline system will be located entirely in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park to provide low-pressure gas to consuming businesses in the industrial park. The system originates from the terminal at Hiep Phuoc gas distribution station, part of the Phu My – Ho Chi Minh gas pipeline project, managed and exploited by Gas Corporation – JSC.
