I. Overview of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park
As the largest industrial park in Ho Chi Minh City, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park was officially established in June 2007, with a total area of 1,686 hectares. Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park project is divided into 3 construction phases, of which phase 1 (implemented in 1996) and phase 2 (implemented in 2008) have been completed.
In addition, the industrial park project also has more than 384.71 hectares for port construction, serving the gathering of incoming and outgoing goods of businesses in the industrial park.

II. Geographical location of Hiep Phuoc IP
The biggest difference of Hiep Phuoc compared to industrial parks in the city. Ho Chi Minh is located in a deep-water port system inside an industrial park and is located right on the road traffic axis, national highways, national and international transportation systems such as ring road 3, Belt 4, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Vo Van Kiet Avenue. Currently, all deep-water ports in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park connect to the inland and international waterway system through Long Tau and Soai Rap channels to international seaports, through Vam Co river to enter the Mekong River system. III. Infrastructure in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park
Internal traffic:
The transportation system connects directly to the city’s North-South radial road. Ho Chi Minh City with 8 lanes. Power system
The power system is invested and managed by Vietnam Electricity Group EVN, ensuring 24/7 continuous, stable and convenient power supply for industrial production activities.

Clean water supply system
The water supply system is invested by Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company in a network to each plot of land, ready to serve all factories.
Currently, the water capacity is capable of supplying the entire system up to 40,000 – 45,000 m3/day and night. Water quality: according to Vietnamese standards according to the Ministry of Health (QCVN 01:2009/BYT)
Wastewater treatment system
The centralized wastewater treatment system receives and treats output wastewater from all factories from production facilities operating in Hiep Phuoc industrial park to meet prescribed standards.
The system includes 04 modules, capable of receiving and treating wastewater up to 12,000 m3/day and night.
The quality of treated wastewater is stable and meets column B, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. National technical regulations on industrial wastewater.
Communication systems
The communication system is provided by VNPT City. Ho Chi Minh cooperates in investment throughout the region, providing the most modern telecommunications technology services, ensuring good service for the needs of investors.
Ho Chi Minh City’s prefixed telephone number system, with two transmission solutions for copper and fiber optic cables, ensures that customer communication is always smooth.
Gas distribution system
The low-pressure gas supply system from PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (referred to as PVGAS D) has been put into operation since 2015.
The entire pipeline system will be located entirely in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park to provide low-pressure gas to consuming businesses in the industrial park. The system originates from the terminal at Hiep Phuoc gas distribution station, part of the Phu My – Ho Chi Minh gas pipeline project, managed and exploited by Gas Corporation – JSC. On the main and branch pipelines, waiting terminals are installed to connect to future customers.
Fire protection & prevention system
The security & fire protection team at Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park was established with a team of staff equipped with support equipment and highly specialized skills.
Security and fire protection team specialists are on duty 24/7, ready to operate anytime, anywhere. Intervene and quickly resolve emerging situations.
Internal customs
Hiep Phuoc Port Border Gate Customs Branch within the area supports investors to carry out import and export procedures for goods quickly and smoothly. City Customs. Ho Chi Minh City also leased 8.1 hectares of land to build an automatic customs clearance and inspection center in the industrial park.

IV. Investment incentive policies
Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park has corporate income tax incentives for new investment projects, specifically:
Tax exemption for the first 2 years and 50% reduction for the next 4 years. The corporate income tax rate is 20%
For businesses with high-tech enterprise certification: tax exemption for the first 4 years and a 50% reduction for the next 9 years. The corporate income tax rate is 10% applicable for 15 years.
