Da Loc Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 1051/QĐ-UBND dated May 12, 2022, and later adjusted under Decision No. 1456/QĐ-UBND dated July 12, 2023 issued by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province. The project subsequently received approval for its 1/500 detailed construction planning under Decision No. 431/QĐ-UBND dated February 26, 2025 issued by the People’s Committee of Hung Yen province.

  • Power supply system: total estimated power demand: approximately 9,700 kVA, power supplied from the existing 35kV power line located in the southeastern area of the project site, connected to the Me Xa 2 branch – feeder 371 E28.17. Electricity for public lighting systems is supplied from dedicated lighting control cabinets
  • Clean water supply system: total water demand approximately 1,868 m³/day, water supply sourced from the regional water treatment plant
  • Wastewater treatment system: total wastewater collection and treatment capacity: approximately 1,400 m³/day
  • Telecommunication system: the telecommunications infrastructure is planned with a centralized underground cable system, including: cable ducts, underground conduits, telecommunications manholes. The installation of main power cabinets and connection cabinets will be invested in by telecommunications service providers in later development phases.
