According to the signed contract, Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company will lease land use rights to Renli Vietnam Industry Company Limited with an area of 3 hectares, phase I in Song Khoai Industrial Park, to implement the project. It is expected that Renli Vietnam Industry Co., Ltd. will start construction of the factory in the fourth quarter of 2023 and go into production operations in June 2024.

When put into operation, there will be about 600 workers and 40-50 foreign experts working at the factory. This is one of the businesses from Taiwan investing in this Industrial Park.

Previously, on November 3, the signing ceremony of the land use rights sublease contract between Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company and Fujix Electronic Vietnam Joint Stock Company also took place.

Accordingly, Fujix Electronic Vietnam Joint Stock Company leased land use rights with an area of 23,000 m2 in Song Khoai Industrial Park to implement a project to produce electric cables, rubber washers, and insulating paper; aluminum casting products, plastic molding products with a total investment capital of 24 million USD. The factory is expected to be built in December 2023 and completed in April 2024. After installing machinery and equipment and trial production in July 2024, the factory will officially go into operation from August 2024.
