As demonstrated in the approved plan, the Yen Quang Industrial Zone is located in Yen Quang commune, Yen Son district, Hoa Binh province and has a total area of 200.11 hectares. The project has the investment up to 1,610 billion VND, which is implemented in 3 phases: Phase 1 involves completing investment procedures and land clearance for 36 hectares, Phase 2 includes infrastructure construction and land clearance for 164 hectares, and Phase 3 focuses on completing the entire industrial park infrastructure.

V. Investment incentives in Yen Quang Industrial Zone
Corporate income tax: (Based on Decree 218/2013/NĐ-CP)
Standard sectors: Preferential tax rate of 17% (from 01/01/2016), tax exemption for 02 years, 50% reduction for the next 04 years.
Priority sectors: Either a preferential tax rate of 10% for 15 years, tax exemption for 04 years, 50% reduction for 5-9 years, or application of a 10% tax rate to tax exemption for the project’s entire life.
Land rental fees:
Be exempt from land rental fees for 7-15 years (Based on Decree No. 46/2014/NĐ-CP). Additionally, all businesses are exempt from land rental fees during the basic construction period, with a maximum of 03 years.
Tax exemption:
Importation of machinery, equipment, specialized vehicles for domestic production technology chains that have not yet been manufactured in Vietnam (Based on Decree No. 18/2021/NĐ-CP, dated 11/3/2021).
