I. Overview of Yen Phong 2C Industrial Park

On September 11, 2018, the Prime Minister issued Decision approving the investment policy of Yen Phong 2C Industrial Park technical infrastructure construction investment project. After that, Yen Phong 2C Industrial Park was established under Decision of Bac Ninh province with a scale of 219.22 hectares with a total investment of more than 2,234 billion VND.

IV. Investment incentive policies

Regarding corporate income tax, the applicable tax rate is 20%. In particular, tax exemption is calculated on revenue for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction in the next 4 years.
Regarding import tax, import tax exemption is applicable to assets imported to create fixed assets for new investment projects.
