VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park, also known as Cam Dien – Luong Dien Industrial Park, was approved by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province with a detailed planning scale of 1/2000 in November 2007, accordingly, the Industrial Park has a planning area of 205.28 hectares, of which the area of industrial land for lease is 183.96 hectares.
On April 20, 2015, VSIP Hai Duong Co., Ltd. was officially granted an investment certificate for the industrial park’s infrastructure development and business project, and since then, Cam Dien – Luong Dien Industrial Park is often called is VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park. After receiving the transfer, in October 2015, VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park was adjusted to reduce the area from 205.28 hectares to 149.31 hectares (reduced by 55.97 hectares in phase 1).

RSL Group would like to introduce an overview of the VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park project as follows:

VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park is located in a prime, central location, conveniently connected to important maritime and air traffic routes, and has convenient access to major economic and political centers of the North region.
Production power supply system: Guaranteed by the 110kV/22kV transformer station in the Industrial Park, capacity of 63 MVA
Clean water supply system: water source produced at VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park is guaranteed by the internal clean water supply and treatment plant with a design capacity of 12,000 m3/day.
Wastewater treatment system: VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park has a centralized wastewater treatment station with a design capacity of 4,950 m3/day, capable of treating wastewater.

Internal road system: internal roads of the industrial park are designed with a width of 26 m to 56 m, arranged to accommodate 4-6 lanes, ensuring circulation capacity in the industrial park.
Communication system: Arranged ready with the ability to serve 3,000 connection lines, pre-connected to the fence of each factory in the Industrial Park
Security system and technical staff: VSIP Hai Duong Industrial Park is equipped with a team of security staff to monitor 24/24 along with a modern surveillance camera system. At the same time, technical staff are always on duty to be ready to fix any technical problems of factories operating in the Industrial Park.

Infrastructure usage fee: 85 USD/m2/until the end of the lease term (Minimum land area for rent is 7,000m2)
Management fee for industrial park maintenance: 0.7 USD/m2/year
Wastewater treatment fee: 0.45 USD/m3
Electricity supply price: According to EVN regulations
Water supply price: Applied according to the decision on water supply tariff of Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee
Solid waste and wastewater treatment fees: according to regulations of the Provincial People’s Committee and Industrial Park Management Board
