Trung Thanh Industrial Park received approval for its 1/2000 Subdivision Construction Plan under Decision No. 963/QĐ-UBND dated May 15, 2023 issued by the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province. The project subsequently obtained investment policy approval under Decision No. 1245/QĐ-TTg dated October 23, 2024 issued by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. On November 8, 2024, the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province officially announced the investment policy approval for the project involving the construction and operation of infrastructure at Trung Thanh Industrial Park.

Trung Thanh Industrial Park enjoys a strategic location with direct access to National Highway 1A and is situated along the extended North–South Expressway Corridor (Hanoi – Cao Bo – Rang Dong). The project is designed with primary access points connecting to DT495B Provincial Road to the north and the frontage road of the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway to the east.

  • Clean water supply system: water supplied by Nam Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company, total supply capacity: 10,800 m³/day, ring-network combined with branched pipelines ensuring stable flow and pressure throughout the industrial park
  • Stormwater drainage system: open drainage channels running along internal roads, channel widths ranging from 8–10 m
