Trung Thanh Industrial Park, Ninh Binh province

Trung Thanh Industrial Park received approval for its 1/2000 Subdivision Construction Plan under Decision No. 963/QĐ-UBND dated May 15, 2023 issued by the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province. The project subsequently obtained investment policy approval under Decision No. 1245/QĐ-TTg dated October 23, 2024 issued by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. On November 8, 2024, the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province officially announced the investment policy approval for the project involving the construction and operation of infrastructure at Trung Thanh Industrial Park.

With a total investment capital of VND 1,657.098 billion, Trung Thanh Industrial Park covers an area of 200 hectares, including 134.04 hectares of leasable industrial land. • Power supply system: dedicated 110/22kV substation with a capacity of 2 × 63 MVA, overhead power lines mounted on reinforced concrete poles, electricity supplied from the 110/35(22)kV substation located in the northern infrastructure zone, distribution to 35/22/0.4kV substations throughout the industrial park, power connections can be customized according to investor requirements
• Clean water supply system: water supplied by Nam Dinh Water Supply Joint Stock Company, total supply capacity: 10,800 m³/day, ring-network combined with branched pipelines ensuring stable flow and pressure throughout the industrial park
• Stormwater drainage system: open drainage channels running along internal roads, channel widths ranging from 8–10 m
• Wastewater treatment system: centralized wastewater treatment plant capacity: 8,000 m³/day, industrial wastewater design standard: 35 m³/ha/day, domestic wastewater volume calculated at 100% of supplied water. Wastewater collection pipelines are installed along road sidewalks and connected directly to the treatment plant
