Trung Thanh Industrial Park received approval for its 1/2000 Subdivision Construction Plan under Decision No. 963/QĐ-UBND dated May 15, 2023 issued by the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province. The project subsequently obtained investment policy approval under Decision No. 1245/QĐ-TTg dated October 23, 2024 issued by the Prime Minister of Vietnam. On November 8, 2024, the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province officially announced the investment policy approval for the project involving the construction and operation of infrastructure at Trung Thanh Industrial Park.
With a total investment capital of VND 1,657.098 billion, Trung Thanh Industrial Park covers an area of 200 hectares, including 134.04 hectares of leasable industrial land. The project is expected to hand over fully cleared industrial land to secondary investors by Q4/2026 and create approximately 21,600 jobs once operational.

The project is designed with primary access points connecting to DT495B Provincial Road to the north and the frontage road of the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway to the east.
Notably, the Liem Son Interchange officially commenced operation in June 2026, significantly enhancing the park’s regional connectivity. Located just 2 km from the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway, Trung Thanh Industrial Park offers convenient access to Hanoi, Noi Bai International Airport, and Hai Phong Port, providing a strong logistical advantage for manufacturers and investors.
