Trung Son – Ninh Son Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 961/QD-UBND dated October 23, 2020, and its 1/500 Detailed Planning was approved under Decision No. 58/QD-UBND dated January 17, 2022, issued by the Bac Giang provincial people’s committee. On January 9, 2024, the Bac Giang provincial people’s committee issued a decision adjusting the project implementation schedule and total investment capital, as well as revising and supplementing the industries targeted for investment attraction within the industrial cluster.

The project implementation schedule is as follows:

• From Q4/2020 to the end of Q4/2024: completion of legal procedures, detailed planning, environmental impact assessment, construction design, conversion of rice-growing land use purposes, compensation and site clearance, and commencement of technical infrastructure construction, including the centralized wastewater treatment system.
• From Q1/2025 to the end of Q4/2025: completion of compensation and site clearance; completion of essential infrastructure; commissioning of the wastewater treatment plant; and attraction of secondary investors for production and business operations.

• Power supply system: The substation will receive electricity from a medium-voltage feeder connected to the 110kV Tien Ninh substation (located within Trung Son Industrial Park).
• Clean water supply system: The total estimated water demand for the planned area is approximately 1,325 m³/day.
• Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment capacity is approximately 1,000 m³/day.
