Lan Son 2 Industrial Cluster was established under Decision No. 959/QD-UBND dated October 23, 2020 issued by the Bac Giang Provincial People’s Committee. Subsequently, the project’s 1/500 detailed construction master plan was approved under Decision No. 1238/QD-UBND dated November 11, 2021, and the investment schedule was adjusted under Decision No. 19/QD-UBND dated January 9, 2024. Accordingly, by Q2/2025, Lan Son 2 Industrial Cluster is expected to complete land clearance compensation, essential infrastructure construction, and begin attracting secondary investors.
With a total investment capital of VND 667.3 billion, Lan Son 2 Industrial Cluster covers a total area of 75 hectares, including 57.75 hectares of industrial land. The minimum leasable land area is 5,000 m².
