Hoang Dieu Industrial Park received approval for its 1/2000 subdivision construction planning under Decision No. 187/QĐ-UBND dated January 23, 2025, and investment policy approval under Decision No. 2285/QĐ-UBND dated June 20, 2025 issued by the former People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province.

  • Power supply system: power supplied from the Gia Loc 110/22kV transformer station with a capacity of 2 × 63 MVA. Additional substations will be arranged for service-operation areas, technical infrastructure zones, and public lighting systems, existing 35kV power lines will be relocated into medians or sidewalks along planned roads
  • Clean water supply system: currently, the project site does not yet have an internal clean water system. Approximately 100 meters west of the project is the Hoang Dieu booster pumping station with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day, supplied by Hai Duong Water Supply Joint Stock Company, water supply capacity may be adjusted based on demand from secondary investors. Water pipelines range from D50 to D400 in diameter. Fire hydrants are arranged every 150 meters along water supply pipelines
  • Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater treatment plant located at Lot HT3.1, treatment capacity: approximately 6,000 m³/day, the main wastewater collection pipes: D400 – D500 diameter, includes: two emergency reservoirs with a capacity of approximately 3,000 m³ each, automatic and continuous wastewater monitoring system
  • Telecommunications system: newly developed underground telecommunication pipeline system with a total length of 34,000 meters Main manholes are arranged along sidewalks for cable installation. Telecommunications infrastructure is designed independently from the electrical system
