Hoang Dieu Industrial Park received approval for its 1/2000 subdivision construction planning under Decision No. 187/QĐ-UBND dated January 23, 2025, and investment policy approval under Decision No. 2285/QĐ-UBND dated June 20, 2025 issued by the former People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province.
Hoang Dieu Industrial Park covers a total area of more than 245 hectares with a total investment capital of VND 3,388.76 billion. The project is expected to commence construction in May 2026 and create employment opportunities for approximately 11,500 workers upon operation.
