The Dong Van III Supporting Industrial Park in the East of the Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway (commercial name: Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park), has been approved for infrastructure investment and development under Decision No. 1439-QD-TTg dated November 20, 2023. It was also approved for a 1/2000 sub-area zoning plan per Decision No. 17/QD-UBND dated January 4, 2023, by the Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee and a 1/500 detailed construction plan per Decision No. 719/QD-UBND dated March 6, 2024, by the People’s Committee of Duy Tien Town. The industrial park broke ground on August 3, 2024, and Phase 1 – nearly 100 hectares of land – is expected to be ready for handover for factory construction in Q1 2025. Phases 2 and 3 are expected to complete and ready for handover by the end of 2025.

• Clean water supply system: The park’s water supply capacity is set at 16,000 m³/day-night, sourced from the Red River and servicing the Duy Tien urban area, northern Phu Ly city, and neighboring regions.
• Rainwater drainage system: The park employs a fully independent rainwater drainage system, with the area divided into distinct drainage basins corresponding to local pumping stations, including Cho Luong, Diep Son, Tien Lac, Trang Bo, Buoc, and Chau Son stations.
• Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater treatment operates independently from the rainwater drainage system, with a projected treatment capacity of 6,800 m³/day, maximum capacity of 12,500 m³/day.
• Amenities: The Duy Tien urban area covers a total of 328 ha, with 145 ha developed by the investor directly across from the industrial park. It includes a 4-hectare residential zone dedicated to workers, featuring seven high-rise buildings. This urban area offers comprehensive facilities for education, healthcare, and entertainment to meet the needs of both experts and investors, creating an ideal environment for living and working.

IV. Investment Incentives in Taseco Dong Van 3 Industrial Park
