Deep C III Industrial Park, Hai Phong City

DEEP C III Industrial Park was formerly known as Hai Phong International Gateway Port Industrial Park, and was granted an investment registration certificate by the Management Board of Hai Phong City Economic Zones on October 10, 2014 to the Dinh Vu Industrial Park Joint Stock Company is the investor with a total investment capital of 259.4 million USD. On September 22, 2017, Cat Hai District People’s Committee approved the detailed planning for construction of Hai Phong international gateway port industrial park in Decision No. 1317/QD-UBND. On the morning of October 5, 2017, in Cat Hai district, Dinh Vu Industrial Park Joint Stock Company held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Hai Phong International Gateway Port Service Industrial Park – DEEP C III.

According to Decision No. 3053/QD-BTNMT dated December 2, 2019, Hai Phong International Gateway Port Industrial Park has a total area of about 523.47 hectares; of which the industrial park has an area of 503.54 hectares and the port area has an area of 19.93 hectares. After that, DEEP C III Industrial Park was officially established according to Decision No. 3024/QD-UBND dated September 30, 2020 of Hai Phong City People’s Committee.

I. Overview of Deep C III Industrial Park

According to planning, Hai Phong international gateway port of DEEP C Hai Phong III Industrial Park is built south of Lach Huyen estuary, along the current port entrance channel with a total wharf length of about 8,000 m; The entire length of the channel is about 18 km.

Below is detailed information about the technical infrastructure in DEEP C Hai Phong III Industrial Park:

• Internal traffic: Main Road: 21m wide (2 ways – 6 lanes). Internal road: 10m.
• Power supply system: 63 x 5 MVA generating station. The 22 KV lines are underground and connected to each plot of land in the industrial park.
• Clean water supply system: Providing water with a capacity of 30,000 m3/day and night from the water source of An Duong water plant.
• Wastewater treatment system: Wastewater treatment plant meets ISO 9001 and 14001 standards with maximum capacity of 10,500 m3/day.
• Service system: 02 parking lots with an area of 2000 – 3000 m2 each. Modern telecommunications system with total design demand of 10,300 lines and Internet of 4,100 lines. Full fire protection system with fire hydrants arranged at a distance of 150 m each along the traffic routes in the industrial park and uses reused water from production wastewater sources after being cleaned.
• Other amenities: The entire Deep C III industrial park is leveled to a construction foundation height equivalent to +3.6m, the rainwater drainage system is arranged independently of the wastewater treatment system to ensure flood resistance, waterlogging; Regarding foreign traffic, the road borders the Tan Vu – Lach Huyen expressway, the sea borders the Lach Huyen channel and inland waterways.

IV. Investment costs in Deep C III Industrial Park

• Infrastructure management and maintenance fee: 0.089 USD/m2/month
• Electricity supply price: Applied according to EVN’s electricity supply tariff and management fee surcharge according to investor’s needs
• Water supply price: 20,200 VND/m3, unit price may change from time to time
• Wastewater treatment fee: Depending on the quality of incoming wastewater
