Ba Thien II Industrial Park is located in Binh Xuyen district, Vinh Phuc province, located next to a convenient transportation system by road, air and sea.
Distance from Ba Thien II IP to strategic locations:

Not only does it have a favorable geographical location for transporting goods, importing and exporting, helping businesses shorten time and lower costs to the lowest level, contributing to increasing competitiveness, Ba Thien Industrial Park II also has a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system.
110/22 kV at stations, capacity of 63 MVA for phase 1, increasing to 126 MVA when completed, installed to the foot of the customer’s fence.
There is a clean water supply system provided by Vinh Phuc Clean Water Company through 02 water supply plants Phuc Yen and Ba Hien with capacities of 28,000 m3 and 10,000 m3 respectively.
Meets wastewater treatment standards of type A (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT), capacity of 10,000 m3/day.

The internal road system is designed and built with a width of 19.5 m to 39 m with load-bearing concrete pavement, meeting the needs of large traffic and goods transportation inside the industrial park.
International standard telecommunications services (broadband Internet, telephone, fax, etc.)

– Management fee: 0.5 USD/m2/year
– Clean water price: 14,000 VND/m3 (Changed by decision of Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee).
– Wastewater treatment fee: 0.4 USD/m3, depending on wastewater quality.
– Annual land rent: According to the Decision of the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province.

In order to create favorable conditions for investors to invest in Ba Thien II industrial park, the province has the following preferential policies:
– 17% tax rate reduction for the next 10 years from the time tax revenue arises
– Have policies to support training and labor recruitment for businesses
– Tax exemption on imported goods to create fixed assets of investment projects in fields eligible for investment incentives according to regulations
