Ba Thien I Industrial Park (Ba Thien Industrial Park – Division I) was approved according to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1107/QD-From August 21, 2006 on approving Vietnam’s Industrial Planning to 2015 and orientation to 2020. The total planning area approved by the Prime Minister’s decision is 327 hectares with the planned location located in Ba Hien commune and Thien Ke commune, Binh Xuyen district,  Vinh Phuc province.

On February 29, 2016, the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province approved the plan to auction land lease rights for the remaining land area in the form of land lease with one-time rental payment for the entire lease term. Through auction, the remaining 247 hectares of land were successfully auctioned by House Business and Development Joint Stock Company. This company is known as the “Housing Project Management Board” under the Department of Real Estate and Public Works of Ho Chi Minh City, established in 1984 and equitized since 2015 according to the decision of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, officially became a Joint Stock Company on April 29, 2016.

  • 22kV grid: power supply network is overhead lines, starting from 110/22kV – 2x63MVA Thien Ke and Ba Thien transformer stations.

Clean water system:

  • The total water supply capacity for the entire industrial park is 14,000 m3/day.

Waste water treatment system:

  • Factory standards: (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, column A, Kq = 0.9, Kf = 0.9) Maximum treatment capacity (m3/day): 15,000 m3/day (divided into 3 modules , capacity 5,000 m3/01 module).
  • Using Aeroten tanks, at the same time as processing sludge under anaerobic conditions and drying the sludge with a vacuum device will ensure that the water quality after treatment best meets hygiene standards, without causing air pollution, ensuring compact treatment works that take up little construction land and aesthetics.

IV. Investment costs

  • Management fee: 0.4 USD/m2/year
  • Wastewater treatment fee: 0.4 USD/m3
  • Electricity supply price and water supply price: Implemented according to EVN’s electricity supply price list and according to the water supply price list of the water plant
